Burlington Technical Center

The Burlington Technical Center Adult General Aviation Maintenance Program provides enrolled adult learners with the opportunity to complete the General portion of BTC’s FAA Part 147 Aviation Maintenance curriculum in a half-day format alongside BTC high school students. Students participate in classroom instruction and hands-on lab experiences focused on aircraft systems, aviation safety, maintenance procedures, FAA regulations, tool usage, and foundational aviation technical skills that prepare students for continued Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) training and aviation-related careers. Students follow the Burlington School District calendar and BTC high school daily schedule. The half-day afternoon session meets Monday–Friday from 12:00 PM–2:30 PM. Tuition for the half-day program is $3,500. This program is available only to students accepted into the BTC Adult Aviation pathway and is not open for general public registration.
