Digital Literacy Course Series Bundle

Register for the full Digital Literacy Series and build advanced, career-ready technology skills through five hands-on evening classes offered at Burlington Technical Center in partnership with Technology for Tomorrow. This bundle is designed for adults who want to strengthen their digital confidence for the workplace, job searching, financial organization, and online safety.
Participants will learn how to create professional documents and resumes using Google Docs, build budgeting and spreadsheet skills with Google Sheets, explore how artificial intelligence is shaping employment, recognize emerging online scams and AI-driven misinformation, and practice using modern job search engines and tools.
The course bundle includes all five sessions:

Google Docs and Resume Creation

Learn how to create a resume using Google Docs. This class will cover important skills including creating and formatting documents, collaborating with others, and sections to include on your professional documentation.
Google Sheets and Budgeting

Learn how to set up a monthly budget using Google Sheets. This class will cover important skills including creating and formatting spreadsheets, using formulas and functions, and data validation.
Understanding AI & Employment

Learn the basics of artificial intelligence and how it has impacted employment in the 21st century. Understand the fundamentals of AI, job scams, documentation tools.

Airframe & Powerplant

This is the enrollment page for Airframe and Powerplant students who have completed the FAA General pre-requisite program and are enrolling in the post-secondary program to begin Fall 2026.
Students must make a deposit of $500 in order to secure their seat for the fall and begin the SIDA badge process. Payment arrangements for the full tuition amount can be made by filling out the payment arrangement form; contact Cynthia Holt at cholt@bsdvt.org for more information.
